Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because each song, lyric, vocal direction, dedication, and related digital file is custom-created from the information submitted by the customer, all sales are generally final once production has begun. Customers may cancel for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before we begin processing, writing, generating, producing, or otherwise preparing the custom order. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where we are unable to deliver the purchased service, or where the delivered product contains a material technical defect that we cannot reasonably correct.

Our first remedy is to make the order right. If a delivered song, lyric file, or related digital product has a technical issue, missing required order detail, corrupted file, delivery failure caused by us, or a clear mismatch with the confirmed order instructions, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order email, order date, and a description of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a correction, revision, remake, store credit, partial refund, or full refund. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout, and bank or card processing times may vary. Any payment-processing, chargeback, currency-conversion, or third-party platform fees that are not returned to us may be excluded from discretionary refunds unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For customers located outside the United States, including the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with consumer cancellation or digital-content rules, this policy applies only to the fullest extent permitted by local law. Because our products are personalized digital services made to the customer’s specifications, statutory cancellation rights may not apply or may end once the customer requests immediate performance and production begins. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights, including rights related to defective, undelivered, or materially misdescribed products.
