What the human reviewer checks

  • Song follows selected tone, genre, and occasion.
  • Must-include memories or phrases are represented.
  • Avoided topics are not used.
  • Lyrics are clean/family-friendly when requested.
  • No famous-artist copying or unsafe copyrighted imitation requests.
Package SLA

Suggested customer-facing windows

  • Essential: automated production, no human quality check, no included revision.
  • Signature: human quality check before delivery and one revision request.
  • Premium: Signature checks plus cover art and one extra revision.
  • Rush/1-Day/3-Day: prioritized queue when “same day” is selected and details are complete.

What can delay a song?

Customer responsibility
