These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MultimediaGifts.com, including any order form, checkout page, customer support form, song package, lyrics, AI-assisted creative output, digital download, email delivery, revision, or related service offered through the website. By visiting the website, placing an order, submitting information, making a payment, downloading a file, or communicating with us about an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation Policy, and any package details shown at checkout.
MultimediaGifts.com creates personalized digital song packages based on customer-provided information. Our services may include human review, AI-assisted lyric drafting, AI-assisted song concept development, prompt creation, editing, formatting, and digital delivery. Personalized creative work is subjective. We do not guarantee that any song, lyric, vocal style, genre, mood, instrumental style, AI-generated result, emotional reaction, or final creative outcome will perfectly match your expectations, any third-party artist, any commercial recording, or any specific platform result.
Important: Because MultimediaGifts.com creates personalized digital song packages based on customer-provided information, and because work may begin soon after payment, personalized creative work is subjective and may not be refundable after work begins.
1. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, to place an order. If you submit information about another person, including names, family stories, memories, photos, voice notes, personal details, or relationship information, you represent that you have the legal right and permission to provide that information for the purpose of creating a personalized gift.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, invasive of privacy, infringing, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. You also agree not to request that MultimediaGifts.com copy, imitate, or pass off the work, voice, lyrics, melody, image, identity, or protected style of a third party in a way that may violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
2. Orders, Creative Process, and Delivery
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, recipient details, occasion, preferred delivery speed, song preferences, and any required personalization details. MultimediaGifts.com may rely on the information you submit without independently verifying it.
Delivery estimates are estimates only, unless a specific written guarantee is expressly stated on the applicable package page. Delivery may be affected by incomplete information, customer response delays, payment problems, technical issues, email filtering, AI-service availability, platform outages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may contact you for clarification, but we are not required to do so before beginning work.
3. Payments Through Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout. MultimediaGifts.com does not store your full credit card number. By completing checkout, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the package, taxes, fees, rush charges, add-ons, and other amounts shown at checkout.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment processing may be subject to Stripe’s own terms, privacy notices, fraud screening, dispute procedures, and payment-network rules.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Personalized Digital Work
Because MultimediaGifts.com creates personalized digital song packages based on customer-provided information, and because work may begin soon after payment, personalized creative work is subjective and may not be refundable after work begins.
Unless a different refund rule is shown at checkout or required by applicable law, you may request cancellation only before custom work begins. Once research, writing, AI-assisted generation, prompt development, production, editing, quality review, formatting, delivery preparation, or other custom work has started, refunds may be denied in whole or in part. Rush orders, same-day orders, expedited orders, delivered digital files, completed lyrics, completed prompts, completed drafts, and customized creative work are generally non-refundable unless MultimediaGifts.com determines otherwise in its discretion or applicable law requires a different result.
If we are unable to complete your order due to our own error, we may offer a correction, replacement, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. If a delay or issue is caused by inaccurate customer information, missing details, unreachable email address, customer delay, spam filtering, or a payment issue, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Revisions and Customer Feedback
Any included revisions are limited to the revision terms stated in your selected package. Revisions are intended to make reasonable adjustments to the custom song package, not to create an entirely new concept, new occasion, new recipient profile, new musical direction, or new order.
Customer feedback may be considered in good faith, but MultimediaGifts.com does not guarantee that all requested changes will be accepted or that revised creative work will meet every subjective preference. Additional revisions, major rewrites, rush edits, or new creative directions may require an additional fee.
6. Digital Delivery and Email Issues
Orders are usually delivered by email, download link, customer portal, or another digital method we identify. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam, junk, promotions, quarantine, and security filters. Delivery is considered completed when we send the digital file, link, lyrics, prompt, or other ordered content to the email address or delivery method provided with your order.
If you believe you did not receive your order, contact us promptly at [email protected] and include the name, email address used for the order, order date, and order number if available.
7. License to Final Deliverables
Unless your package expressly states otherwise, delivered songs, lyrics, prompts, previews, concepts, and related digital materials are provided for personal, non-commercial gift use. You may share the delivered song privately with the intended recipient, family, and friends, and you may post it on personal social media unless your package or delivery notice states otherwise.
You may not resell, sublicense, commercially release, distribute for profit, upload for monetization, register as a commercial recording, use in paid advertising, claim exclusive authorship of underlying AI-assisted materials, or use the deliverables in a way that violates the rights of MultimediaGifts.com, any AI platform, music platform, payment processor, or third party, unless you receive separate written permission.
MultimediaGifts.com does not guarantee that AI-assisted or custom-generated content is eligible for copyright registration, exclusive ownership, commercial licensing, public performance rights, music distribution, monetization, or protection against similar outputs generated for others.
8. Customer Content and Permission to Use It
You retain whatever rights you have in the information, stories, names, descriptions, files, images, text, preferences, and other materials you submit. By submitting customer content, you grant MultimediaGifts.com a limited license to use, process, transmit, store, review, edit, transform, and incorporate that content as reasonably necessary to provide the ordered service, process payment, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain records, improve operations, and comply with law.
You represent that your submitted content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold MultimediaGifts.com harmless from claims arising from content you submit or instructions you provide.
9. AI-Assisted Creative Disclosures
MultimediaGifts.com may use artificial intelligence tools, music-generation tools, language models, automation systems, editing software, third-party platforms, and human review to create or support personalized song packages. AI-assisted outputs may vary, may contain errors, may resemble common themes or phrases, and may require review or editing.
You understand that AI-assisted creative services are not the same as commissioning a traditional recording studio, professional singer, songwriter, music publisher, or record label. MultimediaGifts.com does not guarantee uniqueness, copyrightability, exclusivity, commercial viability, platform acceptance, monetization approval, or any specific legal status of AI-assisted content.
10. Privacy
Our collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or placing an order, you consent to the handling of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Because personalized song packages may require personal stories, names, occasions, relationships, and other sensitive details, you should not submit information that you do not want processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Do not submit medical, financial, government identification, account passwords, highly sensitive family information, or information about minors unless it is necessary for the gift and you have the right to provide it.
11. Copyright, DMCA, and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content on MultimediaGifts.com infringes your copyright, you may send a written copyright complaint to:

If MultimediaGifts.com registers a DMCA designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office, DMCA notices should be sent to that designated agent. 12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use MultimediaGifts.com to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate another person, submit false payment information, interfere with website security, scrape or copy website content, reverse engineer our systems, overload our infrastructure, bypass CAPTCHA or anti-spam controls, submit malicious code, or misuse our services for fraud, harassment, deception, or unlawful activity.
We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any order that we believe violates these Terms, creates legal or reputational risk, involves inappropriate content, appears fraudulent, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute is determined to be improper, fraudulent, or inconsistent with these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend service, refuse future orders, recover amounts owed, and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
14. Disclaimers
MultimediaGifts.com provides custom digital creative services “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, platform compatibility, commercial success, audience reaction, or creative satisfaction.
We do not guarantee that the website, payment flow, email delivery, AI tools, third-party services, or digital files will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times. Some services may depend on third-party systems that we do not control.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MultimediaGifts.com and its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website, order process, payment processing, digital delivery, AI-assisted output, creative dissatisfaction, delay, data loss, or inability to use the service.

By placing an order for a personalized digital song package, you request that MultimediaGifts.com begin custom work promptly after payment and acknowledge that cancellation and refund rights may be limited once work begins or digital content is delivered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If you are located in a jurisdiction that gives you mandatory cancellation rights that cannot be waived, these Terms do not limit those mandatory rights.
